What is the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

Our MOQ is 20 pairs per model for standard designs. For custom/OEM designs, the MOQ is 50 pairs. Lower MOQs can be discussed for initial trial orders.

Can I customize the shoe design?

Yes. We offer full OEM/white-label customization including lattice structure, color scheme, material hardness, and brand logo. Our design team will work with you from concept to production.

What is the lead time?

Sampling takes 7-14 days. Mass production takes 20-30 days after sample approval. Custom designs may require 30-40 days. Shipping time depends on the method (DHL: 3-5 days, Sea freight: 20-35 days).

What materials are used?

We use TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) for the lattice midsole, available in hardness range 85A-98A. The outsole is durable rubber, and the upper is breathable mesh or custom material of your choice.

What payment methods do you accept?

For wholesale orders: 50% deposit + 50% before shipment. Small orders via PayPal; bulk orders via T/T bank transfer (Airwallex/SWIFT). Retail orders via PayPal or credit card.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship globally via DHL, FedEx, and sea freight. Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight, and shipping method. We can provide shipping quotes with your order.

Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?

Absolutely. We encourage sampling before bulk orders. Sample cost depends on the design complexity and is deductible from your bulk order.

What is your quality control process?

Every pair goes through visual inspection, size verification, and lattice structure integrity testing. Our factory is ISO 9001 certified, and materials are tested to REACH/RoHS standards.

Do you offer after-sales support?

Yes. We provide quality assurance and will address any manufacturing defects. Our team is available for ongoing support throughout our partnership.

How do I place an order?
